Adventure Pool Depot Return Policy:

If you decide to return an item, you may do so within 30 days
from date of purchase. Prior authorization is required before a return
can be sent back. Please be advised that returned merchandise will be
inspected and a 15% restocking charge will be applied on all
merchandise that is not considered defective. No credit will be given at
all for items that have been abuse and/or damaged and are now unsellable
at any price. Be advised that the box condition is also a contingency of
resellability. An automatic $5.00 handling fee is accessed on ALL
returned items. Use only clear tape to reseal boxes. Do not put wet
products back into the box as they will destroy the carton. All warranty
cards, rebate forms, manuals and accessories must be included within the
carton for it to be considered as a resellable item. The purchaser is
responsible for all costs associated with returning that item. (excluding
defective merchanside ). Defective or installed merchandise is covered by
the manufacturer warranty, therefore please contact the manufacturer if
you have a defective item.
Special order products may NOT be returned. If the special item is
defective, replacement can be obtained under the manufacturer's warranty.
Mistakenly ordered swimming-pool liners CANNOT be retuned
for credit or replacement once it is removed from the carton and/or use
is attempted as it is impossible for us to sell as a new item.
Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed. We highly
recommend that you insure any return item where the value of that item
exceeds $100. Adventure Pool Depot will not be responsible for returns
that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns should be made by either UPS
or FEDEX since it is easier to track the progress of the shipment with
these carriers. If the carrier damages or loses your item in transit, you
are the shipper and are responsible for filing a freight claim with the
carrier. |
