We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page. PRICE GUARANTEE:

If you find an identical item advertised at a lower price on any other web site, or mail order catalog please bring it to our attention and we'll match the price,plus give you 10% of the difference as a credit towards your next purchase ( up to $50 ) Direct mail brochures do not constitute mail order or internet pricing and do not apply. Actual source and/or documentation of the priced item is required to follow this procedure.

RETURNS:

If you decide to return an item, you may do so within 30 days from date of purchase. Prior authorization is required before a return can be sent back. Please be advised that returned merchandise will be inspected and a10% restocking charge will be applied on all merchandise that is not considered defective. No credit will be given at all for items that have been abuse and/or damaged and are now unsellable at any price. Be advised that the box condition is also a contingency of resellability. An automatic $5.00 handling fee is accessed on ALL returned items. Use only clear tape to reseal boxes. Do not put wet products back into the box as they will destroy the carton. All warranty cards, rebate forms, manuals and accessories must be included within the carton for it to be considered as a resellable item. The purchaser is responsible for all costs associated with returning that item. (excluding defective merchanside ). Defective or installed merchandise is covered by the manufacturer warranty, therefore please contact the manufacturer if you have a defective item.

SPECIAL ORDERS:

Special order products may NOT be returned. If the special item is defective, replacement can be obtained under the manufacturer's warranty. Mistakenly ordered swimming-pool liners CANNOT be retuned for credit or replacement once it is removed from the carton and/or use is attempted as it is impossible for us to sell as a new item. Please allow 2 to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed. We highly recommend that you insure any return item where the value of that item exceeds $100. Adventure Pool Depot will not be responsible for returns that are damaged or lost in transit. Returns should be made by either UPS or FEDEX since it is easier to track the progress of the shipment with these carriers. If the carrier damages or loses your item in transit, you are the shipper and are responsible for filing a freight claim with the carrier.

REBATES:

Occasionally certain manufacturers will offer "Rebates" on their products for sale. The manufacturer alone is responsible for fullfillment of that rebate directly to you. Adventure Pool Depot plays no role in this rebate process other than to deliver the item to you with the appropriate rebate coupons or forms. All rebate certificates must be mailed DIRECTLY to the manufacturer and NOT to Adventure Pool Depot. Lead times to receive your rebate check will vary according to vendor and we cannot guarantee exactly when you will receive payment. Always follow the manufacturers explicit instructions on applying for your rebate otherwise significant delays in payment could occure.

PRODUCT SUBSTITITIONS:

Despite out best efforts in accuracy, errors can occur in the descriptions and/or prices of our products. We are sorry, but we cannot be held responsible for such errors. Prices are subject to change without notice. Product substitutions may be necessary at times due to out of stock conditions. Occasionally a product may be unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute with products or equal or greater value. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Possession of printed material downloaded from our website does not constitute a binding agreement or an obligation to sell.

WARRANTIES:

All products sold by Adventure Pool Depot comes with a full manufacturer warranty. Adventure Pool Depot does not offer any additional warranties beyond that of the product vendor. No other warranties can be implied. If you have a defective product, please refer to the warranty information packaged with your product and contact the product vendor directly. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs to return the product to the vendor. items. Adventure Pool Depot expressly disclaims liability for any injury, or damage of any kind arising from the use, misuse or inability to use any item we sell. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective within the terms of the manufacturer warranty. Pictures may not perfectly match the actual item. They are only representations of what the item looks like.
